This medical shelf adopts a modular structure design and is mainly composed of three parts: columns, beams and shelves. The column is made of 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel and its surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, which is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant.
The batch storage and management of medicines, consumables and other materials in hospitals cannot do without efficient and practical medical shelves. Recently, a high-strength medical shelf has been put into use, featuring "high load-bearing capacity, easy classification and convenient management", providing a solution for the bulk storage of materials in areas such as hospital pharmacies and consumables warehouses.
This medical shelf adopts a modular structure design and is mainly composed of three parts: columns, beams and shelves. The column is made of 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel and its surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, which is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant. There are adjustment holes every 5cm on the column, and the position of the crossbeam can be adjusted according to the height of the stored items. The crossbeam is made of C-shaped steel structure and is connected to the column through a snap-on connection. It is easy to install and disassemble. The load-bearing capacity of each layer of the crossbeam can reach 80kg, and the maximum load-bearing capacity of the entire shelf can reach 500kg, which is suitable for the storage requirements of bulk medicines and consumables.
The shelf boards are made of 0.8mm thick cold-rolled steel, with reinforcing ribs pressed on the surface to enhance load-bearing capacity and flatness. The edges of the shelf boards are equipped with 2cm high flanges to prevent items from sliding off. The shelves can be classified and designed according to storage requirements. The shelves used in pharmacies can be equipped with partition boards to store different types of medicines in separate areas. The shelf boards used in the consumables warehouse can be equipped with label card slots to stick labels of item names and specifications, facilitating quick identification and access by medical staff.
