Professional medical beds pay more attention to the balance between "treatment adaptability" and "patient comfort" in design, and are refined in detail according to the care needs of patients with different diseases. In terms of therapeutic function adaptation, medical beds adopt a segmented bed surface structure, dividing the bed surface into three independent adjustment areas: the head, waist, and legs. Each area can be adjusted in Angle and height according to treatment needs. For instance, for patients in the respiratory department, the head area can be adjusted to a 30-50° tilt Angle to help them maintain a semi-sitting or lying position, increase the volume of the thoracic cavity, and improve respiratory function. For patients who need traction treatment after orthopedic surgery, the leg area can be linked with the traction device to precisely control the traction Angle and force, ensuring the treatment effect. For elderly patients who have been bedridden for a long time, the waist area can be adjusted up and down by 5 to 10cm, and supported by a lumbar pad to relieve the pressure on the waist muscles and reduce back and waist pain.
In terms of enhancing patient comfort, the mattress of the medical bed adopts a three-layer composite structure design: the surface layer is made of antibacterial bamboo fiber fabric, which is soft, breathable and has antibacterial effects, with an antibacterial rate of 99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The middle layer is made of highly elastic memory foam, which can automatically shape according to the human body contour, disperse body pressure and prevent local compression from causing poor blood circulation. The bottom layer is made of high-density support sponge, providing stable support and preventing the mattress from collapsing after long-term use. The handrail on the side of the bed adopts a foldable design. When lowered, it is level with the bed surface and does not affect the patient's getting on and off the bed. When raised, it reaches a height of 25cm, allowing the patient to use it when getting up. The surface of the handrail is wrapped with soft silicone material, which avoids a cold touch when used in winter and improves the comfort of holding. In addition, the bed is equipped with four silent universal wheels with a diameter of 12cm. When pushed, the noise is less than 45 decibels, reducing the disturbance to other patients during the transfer of patients. The wheel lock adopts a double braking design. After braking, the bed position movement is less than 1mm, ensuring the stability during the diagnosis and treatment operation.
