Recently, a new type of medical platform has been launched. By optimizing the structural design and material selection, it provides stable and reliable support for the diagnosis and treatment operations of multiple departments. ​
In terms of structural design, this medical platform adopts a heightable design, with a height adjustment range of 70-120cm and an adjustment accuracy of 1cm. Medical staff can adjust the platform height according to their own height and the patient's position, adapting to different operation postures such as sitting and standing. The platform adopts a rectangular structure and is available in two sizes: 80cm×60cm and 100cm×80cm. It is suitable for medical equipment of different sizes. The surface of the platform is equipped with evenly distributed anti-slip patterns, with a friction coefficient of 0.8 to prevent the equipment from sliding during operation. ​
The load-bearing capacity and stability of the platform are the key design points. The support frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and has undergone anodic oxidation treatment, which is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant. The bottom of the support frame adopts a triangular support structure with a load-bearing capacity of up to 150kg, remaining stable even when heavy equipment such as electrocardiogram monitors and ventilators are placed. The bottom of the platform is equipped with 4 adjustable feet. The height adjustment range of the feet is 0-5cm, which can be adjusted according to the flatness of the ground to ensure the platform is level. Meanwhile, anti-slip pads are provided at the bottom of the feet to enhance the friction with the ground and further improve stability. ​
In terms of operational convenience, the edge of the platform is equipped with a foldable expansion board. When the expansion board is unfolded, it can increase the operational width by 20cm, making it convenient to place more devices or operational items. When folded, it does not occupy additional space. The side of the platform is equipped with hooks, which can be used to hang infusion bags, operation manuals, etc., reducing the accumulation of items on the platform surface. The platform is equipped with detachable storage trays under it, which can store disposable consumables and cleaning supplies. The trays are designed in a drawer style, making them easy to access.
