Manufacturing process

The bed surface is formed by one-time stamping of cold-rolled steel plate to maintain the integrity of the bed plate and enhance its strength. The four corners of the bed plate are smooth and complete. The back is reinforced with steel pipe structure to enhance compressive resistance. It is equipped with molded anti-slip grooves and ventilation holes. The welded surface of the bed body is smooth and flat, free of burrs, exposed weld points and bubbles. It features high precision, stability and reliability. It is electrostatically powder-coated, impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with good air permeability and durability. The overall lifting process adopts advanced technology. The bidirectional in-place limit protection screw system is adopted, which means that after the hospital bed is rotated to a certain Angle, the rocker can continue to rotate, but the Angle at which the hospital bed is rotated will not change. The bed body can bear a load of ≥260kg.

Function

The back can be raised and lowered from 0 to 70° (±5°), and the legs can be raised and lowered from 0 to 40° (±5°).

Headboard and tailboard

Bedside guardrail

Made of high-quality aerospace aluminum alloy, the side guardrail is fully covered, with a design of 5 posts, equipped with a lock switch. The switch has an anti-hand-squeezing function, can be retracted and placed flat, and is noise-free. The joint parts are made of metal, and the fasteners on the top of the guardrail are sealed and protected to prevent scratches on the human body and cross-infection.

Casters and braking system

High-quality double-sided casters, diameter 125mm; Four-wheel independent braking. Press the pedal to brake and release the pedal to unlock. The wheel surface is made of super polyurethane material, which is silent and wear-resistant. It can be washed with water and disinfected at high temperatures. The main frame universal rotating shaft and the double-wheel shaft adopt silent, high-temperature resistant grease precision ball bearings.

Hand crank

Made of stainless steel pipe and ABS reinforced plastic material, it has high support force. Built-in steel core, hidden design, and can be folded to 45 degrees.

Folding dining table
