Bed frame

The main beam is made of high-quality carbon steel pipes of 30×60×1.5mm. The crossbeam is formed by welding cold-rolled steel pipes. The welded surface of the bed body is smooth and flat, free of burrs, exposed weld points and bubbles. It features high precision and is stable and reliable. The bed panel is made of cold-rolled steel plate through one-time stamping, featuring a four-section structure that can be freely disassembled for easy cleaning and disinfection, and is equipped with welded steel pipes. The backplate support adopts a double-pole support method, ensuring a stable connection. The bed panel is designed with multiple holes, facilitating ventilation.

Detailed parameters

(1) Bed body: It can be raised and lowered as a whole by 470 (±5mm) - 780 (±5mm) mm.
(2) Adjustable range of lifting performance: Back tilt 0°- 70º (5º), leg tilt 0°- 40º (5º), bed front and back tilt 0°- 10° (5º).
(3) It is equipped with weighing, bed exit alarm, one-button CPR functions, and comes with a nurse control panel and a handheld remote control for convenient operation.
(4) Surface spraying: Green and environmentally friendly spraying treatment is adopted, with consistent overall color and even spraying.
(5) Headboard and tailboard: Made of ABS blow molding, equipped with anti-collision wheels, acid and alkali resistant, and easy to clean. Easy and quick disassembly and assembly, equipped with a patient information card slot.
(6) Headboard and footboard: Equipped with infusion stand sockets, and four drainage stand hooks at the bottom of the bed.
(7) Guardrail: It features a segmented four-piece side guardrail formed by ABS blow molding in one piece, with a hidden design at the bottom. It is equipped with a hydraulic rod and descends smoothly without noise. Guardrail base: Made of aluminum alloy by die-casting, it is fixed on both sides of the bed and rises and falls synchronously with the bed panel.

Casters

High-quality double-sided casters in the center console, with a diameter of 125mm, and four-wheel synchronous braking. The wheel surface is made of super polyurethane material, which is silent and wear-resistant. It can be washed with water and disinfected at high temperatures. The main frame universal rotating shaft and the double-wheel shaft adopt silent, high-temperature resistant grease precision ball bearings.

Motor

(1) 4 sets of imported motors, certified by safety standards, low noise; EMI electromagnetic compatibility guarantee ensures quiet and noise-free operation, without interfering with the operation of ventilators, electrocardiogram monitors and other equipment. With power storage function, uninterruptible power supply system.
