Manufacturing process

The bed panel is made of cold-rolled steel plate and formed into strips in one stamping process. The four corners of the bed board are smooth and complete. The back is reinforced with a steel pipe structure to enhance compressive resistance. It is equipped with molded anti-slip grooves and ventilation holes. The welded surface of the bed body is smooth and flat, free of burrs, exposed weld points and bubbles. It is highly precise, stable and reliable. It is electrostatically powder-coated, impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with good air permeability and durability. The overall lifting adopts advanced technology and uses a bidirectional in-place limit protection screw pipe system, which enables the rocker to continue to swing after the bed has reached a certain Angle. However, the Angle at which the hospital bed is lifted will no longer change, and the bed body can bear a load of ≥260 kilograms. The connecting screws selected are anti-rotation screws. The panel is equipped with a pull-out toilet bowl, which is convenient for patients to urinate and defecate.

Headboard and footboard

Made of high-quality ABS material through one-time blow molding, it is elegant and generous in appearance, has a smooth touch, is easy to clean, can be easily installed and removed, and is equipped with a locking device. It is equipped with a patient information card slot.

Guardrail

Aluminum alloy folding guardrail, can be stacked freely. The side guardrail is fully covered and has undergone surface hardening treatment. Six aluminum alloy guardrail posts, wear-resistant, non-deformable, and can be retracted and placed flat. The switch has an anti-pinch function and the joint parts are made of metal.

Casters and braking systems

High-quality single brake cover silent casters, diameter 125mm; The wheel surface is made of super polyurethane material, which is silent and wear-resistant. It can be washed with water and disinfected at high temperatures. The main frame universal rotating shaft and the double-wheel shaft adopt silent, high-temperature resistant grease precision ball bearings. ABS virgin material outer cover, anti-collision and anti-entanglement.

Shake your hand

It is made of stainless steel pipes and ABS reinforced plastic material, featuring high support. Built-in steel core, hidden design, and can be folded to 45 degrees. 7. Manual pull-out device, facilitating patients' urination and defecation.
