Manufacturing process

The bed surface is made of cold-rolled steel plate through one-time stamping to maintain the integrity of the bed plate and enhance its strength. The four corners of the bed plate are smooth and complete. The back is reinforced with a steel pipe structure to enhance its compressive resistance. It is equipped with molded anti-slip grooves and ventilation holes. The welded surface of the bed body is smooth and flat, free of burrs, exposed weld points and bubbles. It is highly precise, stable and reliable. It is electrostatically powder-coated, impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with good air permeability and durability. The overall lifting adopts advanced technology and uses a bidirectional in-place limit protection screw pipe system, which enables the rocker to continue to swing after the bed has reached a certain Angle. However, the Angle at which the hospital bed is lifted will no longer change, and the bed body can bear a load of ≥260 kilograms.

Headboard and footboard

Made of high-quality ABS material through one-time blow molding, it features double anti-collision wheels, is elegant and stylish, has a smooth touch, is easy to clean, can be easily installed and removed, and is equipped with a locking device. It is equipped with a patient information card slot.

Bedside guardrail

Made of high-quality ABS material through one-time blow molding, the 4-piece guardrail is positioned vertically and horizontally, with a damping structure, allowing for smooth lifting and lowering without noise.

Casters and braking systems

High-quality double-sided casters in the center console, with a diameter of 125mm, and four-wheel synchronous braking. The wheel surface is made of super polyurethane material, which is silent and wear-resistant. It can be washed with water and disinfected at high temperatures. The main frame is made of metal structure, and the universal rotating shaft and double-wheel shaft of the main frame adopt silent, high-temperature resistant grease precision ball bearings.

Shake your hand

The joystick is made of stainless steel pipe and ABS reinforced plastic material, which has high support force. Built-in steel core, hidden design, and can be folded to 45 degrees.
