Manufacturing process

The bed surface is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate formed by one-time stamping, maintaining the integrity of the bed plate and enhancing its strength. The four corners of the bed plate are smooth and complete. The back is reinforced with steel pipe structure to enhance compressive resistance, and it is equipped with molded anti-slip grooves and ventilation holes. The welded surface of the bed body is smooth and flat, free of burrs, exposed weld points and bubbles. It features high precision and is stable and reliable. Electrostatic powder coating, impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with good air permeability and durability. The overall lifting adopts advanced technology. The bed can bear a load of no less than 260 kilograms.

Detailed parameters

(1) Bed body: It can be raised and lowered as a whole by 470 (±5mm) - 690 (±5mm) mm.
(2) Adjustable range of lifting performance: Back tilt 0°- 70° (±5°), leg tilt 0°- 45° (±5°).
