Bed frame

The main beam is made of high-quality carbon steel pipes of 30×60×1.5mm. The crossbeam is formed by welding cold-rolled steel pipes. The welded surface of the bed body is smooth and flat, free of burrs, exposed weld points and bubbles. It features high precision and is stable and reliable. The bed panel is made of cold-rolled steel plate in a four-section structure formed by one-time stamping. It has a freely disassemblable structure, which is convenient for cleaning and disinfection, and is equipped with welded steel pipes. The backplate support adopts a double-pole support method, ensuring a stable connection. The bed panel is designed with multiple holes, facilitating ventilation.

Detailed parameters

(1) Bed body: It can be raised and lowered as a whole by 425 (±5mm) - 735 (±5mm) mm.
(2) Adjustable range of lifting performance: Back tilt 0° to 70º (±5º), leg tilt 0° to 45º (±5º).

Casters and braking systems

High-quality double-sided casters for the central control, with a diameter of 125mm; Four-wheel synchronous brake, aluminum alloy pedals. Press the brake and lift to unlock. The wheel surface is made of super polyurethane material, which is silent and wear-resistant. It can be washed with water and disinfected at high temperatures. The main frame is made of metal structure, and the universal rotating shaft and double-wheel shaft of the main frame adopt silent, high-temperature resistant grease precision ball bearings.

Motor

(1) Three sets of well-known brand motors, certified by safety standards, low noise; EMI electromagnetic compatibility guarantee, quiet operation without noise, does not interfere with the operation of ventilators, electrocardiogram monitors and other equipment, and is equipped with a backup power supply.
